My hair is chesnut brown.

I have waves at the top of my hair and curls at the bottom. I recently got it cut to bangs in June of 2007 so my hair doesn't get all the way to a high ponytail without grease.(Which builds up in my hair) My hair is aprox. 4 1/2 inches past my shoulder and i'm too young to do anything such as dye it or cut it really short. (Also money.) What hair product or styles shoukd i do to achieve a different look?

You could flat-iron it all, do a side swept bang, change your part (don't do it in the center, do it more off side and kind of uneven), you could use bobby pins to pin your bangs to the side when you pull it back, or just leave them hanging down.
