What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

I have VERY VERY VERY curly long, and wavy hair and it gets nappy and puffy when dry and left out... i need some help on styles that i can do to make it look cute

What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

Straighten it. That looks smexi on boys. Or go for the emo look and have it layered. That looks kool too.

Have fun....x

What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

I found a great style in Glamour magazine in their makeover section a few months ago that worked great for me. As someone who also has long wavy/curly hair, I know how hard it is to find a style that looks great sometimes. I tried a long layered cut with long bangs and caramel colored highlights; put some mousse in damp hair and scrunch with your fingers while you are blow drying. Then take a large barreled curling iron and curl a few pieces on the top and in the front away from your face (kind of like Madonna does with the front of hers now, but not as severe). I use Paul Mitchell Freeze and Shine hair spray to just give it a little hold.

What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

Yes, i know exactly how your feeling .It feels like you cant do anything to your hair because of its dare i say it "bush weedness". well from pass attempts such as cutting my hair... it turned out horribly because if your hair is short and curly it goes out more to the sides then as opposed to going down.Try getting a relaxer to make it easier to manage. If your hair isn't as curly as i think it is as mine and is just wavy and long don't use a relaxer try braiding your hair. If you really want your hair short try deciding if you can get it thinned out thinned out depending on the thickness because if it isn't thick you can easily straighten your hair when necessary or everyday if you choose to.it will not dehydrates or damages your hair no matter what people tell you, always remember to use some form of moisturizer such as motions , or gel, from a beauty store such as Sally's beauty emporium or shop

What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

i have it to my waist . and it's wavy and curly... i straight it and leave it out. or u can cut it nto layers

What are some cute hairstyles for very curly, long and wavy hair?

I have long, curly hair too and I wash it with Matrix Curl Shampoo and Conditioner. When I get out of the shower I make sure I dab all the water I can out of it and dab mousse through it and a bit of spray gel. Both kinds I use are MAtrix Curl too. I turn it upside down and blow dry it while I poof it with my hands. I usually don't let it totally dry but I use my hands to sweep it back away from ym face and spray it. It drys nice and doesn't poof out. I get at least 4-5 compliments a day. Sometimes I use a hot iron straightener but I prefer curls.

Men's hair style - I need advice!?

New Year's is coming up and I'm looking forward to going out and celebrating with my friends so I want to look my best. The trouble is I've no idea how to style my hair. Up until only a few months ago I'd used to just let my hair grow out and aside flattening it down not really look after it so I've very little experience with styling hair. At the moment my hair is cut short (short for me); it's about an inch long. It's naturally curly but at this length it's not really obvious. Up until now I've just been using regular hair gel and spiking my hair up on the top of my head, it works OK enough but I want to try something new. I've got some Alberto VO5 wet style gel but the problem is even with a small bit used it feels really heavy and makes my hair go curly. Anybody got any hints/tips/help/resources they could share to help me? Thanks and Happy New Year :)

Men's hair style - I need advice!?

Yea sonn, so basicly you should try to either do the whole: wavy, and relaxed look, or the mini-mowhak look, LOL. To get the perfect look for the W%26amp;R one, try to take a shower, and comb the hair to the side. Use a mini, mini, miiini rolling brush, to use the wavy.. and then dry it like that. The mini mowhak thing you can use a sculpting gell, preferably Pantene ProV Sculpting wax. Yea son hope it works

Men's hair style - I need advice!?

These days gel that makes your hair kinda wet looking is so cute! gel works!

Men's hair style - I need advice!?

I have really curly hair. Im half black and hispanic, so i dont have that really black hair, but clo

All I want to know is how to style it?!?! OMG i hate my hair so much, and i hate wearing it down because it get to frizzy really fast. I wear it in pigtail braids everyday, and i want a change. Im 17, and i really want some new hairstyles ya know...oh, i have shoulder length hair.

thanks!

I have really curly hair. Im half black and hispanic, so i dont have that really black hair, but close to it.?

After you wash it and condition it use a hair dryer with a brush or comb to straighten it. Then maintain it with a flat iron. Have you considered a relaxer?

I have really curly hair. Im half black and hispanic, so i dont have that really black hair, but close to it.?

If you wear it pulled back all the time, just get a SHORT cut like that one real pretty Black lady used to have, Hallie Berry

I have really curly hair. Im half black and hispanic, so i dont have that really black hair, but close to it.?

I'm not that experience with hair, cuz my hair is exactly like yours. im half black and half white but i have that hispanic hair like yours. i can only brush it when it is wet...so i usually straighten it now. so it is easier to brush. a hot iron for me is the worst. all it does is flattens it it doesn't straighten anything. i use a hot comb, the best would probably be Gold N' Hot it a good one will cost about 30 bucks. my dad bought it for me. i use it everyday cuz if u dont usually straighten your hair it will get curly again real fast so u most have to like train your hair. since it gets frizzy like mine...in a hair store they should have bottles for finishes when you straighten your hair. Mine is olive oil and its to make it glossy and protects it from frizz. and it works great. i got my stuff from a 3 Diamonds Store. so it should be in there...ask someone who works there. it was a guy working there at the time who was spanish...but he was the one who gave me the advice on my hair.

as for hairstyles...you can look some up in a magazine...if youjust want some simple hairstyles, i usually just wear my hair in a ponytail and then have some hair down with bangs in the front. if u wanty more complicated u can look in magazines or look here on the internet.

I have really curly hair. Im half black and hispanic, so i dont have that really black hair, but close to it.?

you can cornrow it

Any way to get wavy or curly asian hair?

i have coarse asian hair. you know, the kind that's just straight and the most common styles are bowl cuts and spikes. i've recently seen a person who has hair like mine but managed to get it more like this:

http://www.menshairstyles.net/d/1008-4/m...

I didn't really want to ask him how, because questions like this are pretty lame. Is there any way to do this without going down to a salon?

Any way to get wavy or curly asian hair?

The link didn't work but, I think you'd have to get a perm. That involves chemicals and some type of perm rods. I wouldn't recommend doing this at home because you can't be sure of the results and you could end up with some sections that are straight and some that are curly which would look a hot mess!

Find a trained professional who has worked with your hair texture and show them a picture of what you want your hair to look like.

Be prepared to become a hair product junkie. Because once you alter your hair with chemicals you always end up having to use a conditioning or styling product to replace or repair something the chemical changed in your natural hair texture.

Any way to get wavy or curly asian hair?

Unlike many Asians I know, I have thick, wavy, coarse Asian hair. Whenever i get my hair done at salons, hairstylists always ask me if i condition my hair (which i do religiously). It's frustrating because i've always wanted stick straight hair that kind of "swings". Be happy with your hair. You don't want coarse hair. I was born with curly/wavy locks and i don't look good with straight hair after all. Use an iron or something to get wavy hair. but DON'T get a perm; it'll damage your hair. trust me.

Ok! i need help i have hair appointment soon and..?

ok! soo my hair appointment is like in 2 hrs! and i can't decide on a style. i have natural curly hair, but i like to have straight hair, for my styles i want a cute side swept bangs punk/cute/edgy look , shoulder length , and would look good curly or straight. where i can i find a good picture or a website!?!?

Ok! i need help i have hair appointment soon and..?

the best thing to do would be google it. Google, different hair styles, or cool hair styles, that should work. Since you are looking for something kinda punk-edgy, you could type in well punk hair styles. haha. Also, ask you hair stylist about it, see what she thinks, and what she or he can do with it. good luck.

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

DONT CUT IT AT ALLL! Do you know how many people would die for that kind of hair. Your being ungreatfull (i dont care if i spelled that wrong) Keep it long i bet its really pretty like that too. And if you do cut some off then donate it to locks of love. Or whatever that thing is called.

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

Go to my hairdresser, she cut my hair today and its not curly but very wavy and really cool at the moment. Have a wee trim and get your stylist to assess different styles and have a change which will boost your confidence and force you to buy new clothes!! Go on you will feel better xxx Is it not a nuisance in the morning having to dry it when its that length?

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

yeah... look through some maginizes and find someone with hair you really like, then take it to your hair stylist and show her that's how you want you're hair.

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

I have SUPER curly hair and I always get it cut a little past my shoulder with long layers bc if you just say layers they will cut it really far up and the curl will curl really far up to your head and that look weird. I always have my hair cut at a medium length bc if it is too long the curls won't look good bc they are all weighed down. i hope i helped :)

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

go little pass ur sholder

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

i have curly hair, too. get layers, they look really good especially when straightened.

get curl definer. i use pantene and marc anthony at the same time after a shower and then i let it air dry or blow dry it using a diffuser.

I have really curly hair..its really long too (about an inch past my "chest") how should i get it cut (styled

New hair styles for school?

so, my hair is like blonde, and comes down to like the top of my boobs/6 inches under the top of my shoulder.

i used to have a really long fringe/bangs, but i made the mistake of having it cut much shorter, before it would down to like my mouth and now it's just down to my eyes, but it's like this basically;

http://a889.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/ima...

but my hair only comes down to where the sphere things on her necklace are. i have lots of layers only about 3 inchs long. but if i try to pin my fringe up i get loads of bits falling out and it's SO annoying.

has anyone got any hair styles i could do for school, cause i'm SO bored and fed up of mine.

i ususally either straighten my hair and just leave it down, and let it dry naturally (curly and frizzy) and leave it down or throw it in a crap ponytail

please help! :]

New hair styles for school?

Ahh youre hair is already super funky and the color is awesome.

http://a382.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/ima...

I say you straighten it or blow dry it with a volumizing moose and a large round brush or a paddle brush to give it body and movement. Use a nozzle so you can seal the cuticle of your hair, then tease the crown of your hair for extra volume. Add an oil based finishing serum, concentrating on the ends. Something similar to that picture.

New hair styles for school?

Cut it short? :O

New hair styles for school?

This isn't what you want to hear, or who you want to hear it from, but you look beautiful with your hair like it is.

New hair styles for school?

youll be suprised how much a full fringe can chhange someones hairstyle :D

New hair styles for school?

there's a difference between looking done up and presentable. save the catwalk hair for out of school. wtf?

anyway its looks fine. ideas for bits falling out, grow your layers out, or cut it short.if you want to be really adventorous, dye it. BUT GET IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY!

Hair problem.:'(?

Okay how do you get your hair curly without having it get frizze on you? And the same for stright hair?

Also if anyone have any suggestion of the latest hair styles My hair getting long and i think its time for a hair cut but any suggestion on what type of styles to go with or look like?

Thanks ;)

Hair problem.:'(?

Use Dove smooth and soft anti frizz cream or a serum any brand

Try this

http://www.bosshairstyles.com

Hair problem.:'(?

get frizzy serum it helps with any kind of frizz if you want your hair straight or curly it helps ummm a lot of celebrities are getting shoulder length or a little longer of hair these days with a short bang so have fun good luck!

Hair problem.:'(?

You could blow it dry, trust me, I have the frizziest hair and sometimes when I blow it dry, it isn't frizzy. OR you could straighten curly hair. Put it up is also a possibility. There are also bunches of shampoos for frizzy hair, hope this helps!

Curly/Wavy hair?

My hair is in between curly and wavy, its shoulder length, and sometimes it can get REALLY big (I hate that). Are there any styles that will look really nice, but doesn't require heat or anything, not even blowdrying, that use only products that I could find at CVS Pharmacy?

Curly/Wavy hair?

I brush my hair after i get out of the shower then put it in a bun. Then brush it very lightly so it dosnt get frizzy. Use an anti frizz syrum to keep it from getting puffy. I wear a little part of my hair up in a pretty clip or a ponyail is nice. Headbands usually work to.

Curly/Wavy hair?

i got da same problem but i get my products at sallys beauty supply.. u should try there and ask them .. they know Hair!! LOL.. also, try sunsilk anti poof, i was going to try it last week but never got the chance.. u can get it at CVS.

Curly/Wavy hair?

try frizz-ease Downplay Volume Reducer or scrunch your hair with some mouse

Curly/Wavy hair?

I always use curl enhancer. Right now I am using Loreal Studio tightly wound spray gel when the humidity is high and I want it to lay down. Most times I want mine big so I use Aussie Ausome Volume spray gel. Curl enhancing spray is the best thing ever for curls to help define them and hold their shape

Curly/Wavy hair?

i have the same kind of hair.

take a shower before gonig to bed. when you get out of the shower, put straightening syrum in your hair. then put your wet hair in a srunched up bun and go to sleep.

when you wake up and take out the bun, it should be shiney waves.

thast what happens to my hair at least.

Does it really matter the way you style your hair?

Everytime i style my hair curly i see alot of african amrican guys staring at me.Everytime i style my hair straight all the white guys are staring at me.If i wear them waivy not curly or straight all the indian guys a looking at me.So does your hair style really affect on what type of people you attract? What do you have to say about this?Be nice if you think your too good and smart for this answer kindly ignore it but no smart comments please:-).

Does it really matter the way you style your hair?

yeah i totally notice this. straight hair with me gets white guys mostly, and i don't get near enough attention from them if i do my hair wavy or curly. i've never noticed an increase in black or indian dudes when my hair is curly/wavy though...l

Does it really matter the way you style your hair?

yes I get the same thing almost with guys and my hair some ppl dont even recognise me at first if i change my hair

i dont kow what it is some attraction to a certain look can affect guys differently

Does it really matter the way you style your hair?

I wouldn't know the answer for sure, but I think it does matter. Usually every guy has a preference in women, how they dress, act, etc. so I guess the same applies to hairstyles.

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

I'm 17yrs old and has slight hair loss.

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

number two buzz cut

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

well yes oiling is a little boring and you cant say its stylish but you can do it when youre at home and when you go out but a nice gel .style is there and strenght is there!

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

Use a moistizer in your hair... You could even try pink oil to add moisture. Keeping it short will probably be your best deal because it will help control frizz.

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

Grease and slick it back, hepcat 40's Harlem style.

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

Get a Chi flattening iron, kinda expensive, but works great. and a product called silk therapy by BIOSILK. works awesome

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

if you have dry hair you should first get a leave in conditioner...and if you like your curly hair you should put some gel in it....if you dont like it...get it chemicaly straightened....works realy good

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

use gell

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

Hair Gel to style:

You may need to wash your hair every few days...

I got very curly and dry hair. What should I do to style it?

well u should use gel

Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

Sooo... my hair comes to my shoulder blades, and the only problem that I have with it is that I have to straighten it every day because it is sort of... weird. It is half curly, half straight... I just call it nappy LOL. Anyways, so I straighten it every day, but if there is ANY humidity in the air (and there always is because this is Texas), then it will start to curl, but not all of it, mainly around the front and underneath it, and it will just poof up and look weird. I need some good hairstyles for every day wear that are easy and that I can do myself with a flat iron and a small and large curling iron, or none, or just some of these. Thanks! :)

Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

hey gurl, i know wut u mean about the humidity in texas messin up ur hair cus i live in tx too, any ways i use a lot of serum to keep it in shape, and it usually doesnt frizz, and if u wan to curl ur hair w/o damaging it so much then put ur wet hair in a bun with lots of hairspray and let it down when its dry and ur hair should be like really curly, also if u have bangs then pull them back and put ur hair in a ponytail w/them poofing up and it will slick and cute, also works if ur hairs curly

hope that helps

閳?br>Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

you can try to do a messy bun and you could even just get out of the shower and put it up or you can scrunch your hair and make it wavy. These are both quick and easy and look great! Good Luck and have fun trying them out!

Here's directions:

http://www.wikihow.com/Scrunch-Hair

http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Messy-Bun

Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

The key to having versatility to your hair styles is...are you ready for this...it's TIME!!! Set up enough time before you step out of the door to do your hair a certain way. If you're afraid of heat damage (like me) then you can use an alternative...like rollers the night before.

Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

Omg u practiclly explained my hair. Exactly SAME problem.

Ok to keep it straight longer my friends told me to get a Chi. ( brand of straightner ) and so did and my hair was starighter longer. Now some kewl or just comforatble hair styles are...

1. you can scrunch up ur hair with gel and make it curly so no matter how much the humidity its curled with gel and the gels got ur back! lol

2. a regular comfy pony tail

3. a bun

4. pigtails or braids

5. thats all i think of lol well good luck! :)

Nice everyday hair styles and how to do them?

First you can straighten it and brush through it really well so it's smooth. Then pull it up into a high ponytail that is smooth. Take a curler large or small and curl the ends into different directions. That is a simple style thats great for everyday.

Best hair style for shoulder length curls?

Ok, I have shoulder length curls. They aren't the firzzy kind or the really big kind, just the medium (the ones u get with the 1 in curling iron). I have tried almost every kind of hair style there is. Right now, I have layers and side bangs. Except you can't see it with all the curls. (You can only see it when you straighten it out..) Can anyone tell me what would be the best hair style for a high school student with curly hair??? Pictures would be appreciated.

Best hair style for shoulder length curls?

you can put your curly hair back in a headband and let you bangs hang out loose so you can see it.

some ideas

http://www.curly-hair-styles-magazine.co...

Best hair style for shoulder length curls?

i would take about 2 inches (horizontal) in front and make a little poof and keep it in with bobby pins. thats a hott style right now and with your curly hair it'll look great.

P.S. keep your bangs down. dont put them up with the bobby pins.

Best hair style for shoulder length curls?

use a scarf like a headband. also if you straighten it then divide your hair in half then french braid each half it looks great, or fishnet

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

She has very curly hair, and it's very dry and frizzy, it take me forever to do a hair style.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

I am guessing that your daughter is biracial, you must remember that you cannot use the same techniques on her head that you use on your. It may seem overwhelming but with time it can get easy, and please don't put a relaxer in her hair atleast until she is 13, in fact i do not recommend a relaxer at all. Here are the basics that are detrimental in doing your daughter hair, i really hope that you are reading this.

1. The shampoo, unfortunately many black women are using shampoos with alcohol , petroleum jelly, and sulfates. step away from them. Don't even think about using pantene's shampoo for relaxed and natural hair.Use Aveda's shampoo.. specifically the name is Sap Moss..go to the website. I use it, i love it, it mouisterizes my hair and the products are natural. Don't shampoo more that once a week.

2. Okay, step two condition it and then it is time to comb it out, Do not use a brush on her hair when it is wet ( it is better not to use the brush at all even when dry) it will hate her for it then break off in revenge. Put her hair into sections use a big tooth comb, to untangle it

3. Do a hot oil treatment atleast once a month with extra virgin olive oil...repeat..EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil..not the regular stuff. unfortunately i have yet to take this step however my hair is doing great. Protein treatment are also good for her( do some research to find out about the technique) and deep conditioning.

4. Okay on the daily basis you need to pay close attention to her hair...i recommend conditioning her scalp(2-4 times a week) and her ends(everyday) so that they will not get dry and unhealthy Petroleum jellly and mineral oil are weapons of mass destruction ( in other words do not use grease) it does so much harm to her hair it cannot be all explained here. So you ask what do I use...well natural essential oils such as grapeseed oil ( use it for hair it deflects heat so it is good for flat iron users like us) jojoba oil(i use this for my scalp), extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil, emu oil, coconut oil...all these natural oils and more love you..i promise. Also consider putting two drops of essential oil such as rosemary, basil, peppermint, and myrrh in 3 tablespoons of carrier oil ( the ones i mentioned before)

5. Next,,if you want her hair straight but still be natural it is time to get a freakin good flat iron.,i have the Chi..it does the job but I recommend getting the Sedu because of the good reviews. make sure to protect her hair..i have so thermal protector from Aveda. When flat ironing her hair do not let the iron stay on her hair for too long, just 1-2 quick swipes.

I strongly advise against flat iron use for those with relaxers.

6. When she gets older and may want a relaxer ( i have heard and definitely see that Affirm is the best relaxer go to avlon.com) don't continue to relaxe all her hair everytime she goes to the salon..just the new growth and try to stretch relaxers 10-14 weeks as long as possible. It is best for relaxers hair to do roller sets under a hooded dryer, with the lowest temperature possible.

7. She does not need to trim your hair everytime you go to the salon maybe every 3 to 6 months. It is a myth that trimming hair makes it grow faster.

8. Wrap her hair in a satin or silk scarf to prevent damage before you go to bed.

9. She should eat healthy, drink lots of water,

10 She should take multivitamins, and fish oil pills you can get from GNC.

Follow these steps and life will be good..the best part about flat iron (which i do once a week or every two weeks not everday since it will kill your hair) is that it is not stringy but thick and healthy, yet straight and light enough to blow in the wind.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

Try french braiding because you don't really need to brush it, just pull it in little groups. Condition her hair a lot! But pony tails are always classic and very useful! Headbands are still in too. Add some cute clips or something.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

my hair is always dry to when i get out of the shower but i use garnier fruite leave in conditioner and it helps alot!

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

try 2 low ponytails.

or when it's wet, braid it.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

cut the hair shorter so its easier to manage

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

try straightening it.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

wash it with good shampoo, then condition it for 5 minutes.

you need to buy some type of non greasy creme to smooth it.

you should cut off a couple inches if you can, or take her to the salon, which could cost alot of money.

then you could just put it in a pony tail.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

gresse or baby oil even if your not black it makes the hair very soft and easy to work with also prettier

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

i'm not sure how old she is but there is a johnson and johnson prod that is great for curly frizzy hair.

Buddies No More Tangles No More Bedhead Easy Combing Spray

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

i suggest that u use beatufil beginings for kids. i use it for my daughter when she had hair like that and it worked.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

for this use some conditioner and some gel to moisten her hair up. herbal essence has a lot of shampoos for this one is called hello hydration which hydrates the hair. also try putting her hair in pony tails. high ones low ones or side ones that go below the ear and if it the side ponytail you can braid it to get a classic romantic look.

xoxo.

paula%26lt;3

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

try cornrows. Braids usually last long but taking it out to do it again might be a problem

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners.

try not using curling irons or straighteners.

unless with the proper products to prevent frying her hair.

they also make things like frizz ease

which work incredibly well.

you could also get her hair thinned out at a salon.

this will also ease the frizziness. a friend of mine did it.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

sleek n shine shampoo by garnei fructis no more tangles baby shampoo baby lotion in her hair

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

hot oil!!!!!! they have it any where there is hair things. you can get hot oil at wal mart, rite aid, Sally's, and etc.it works so good but use the whole tube.

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

For dry and frizzy hair I use Hair Food or A Hair Moisturizer. Apply when hair is damp right after combing, and then re comb... just add a little bit as adding to much will leave it greasy...

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

I really recommend Ouidads products for helping dry and frizzy hair and it makes curly hair easier to style.

try the website-%26gt; http://www.ouidad.com/. :)

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

I am part Hispanic and my hair is very frizzy and dry and I know what it's like. I went through dozens of products until I found a regimen that works.

Here's what I do:

Get Sunsilk "No more Frizz" (I think that's what it's called, Ir comes in green bottles.) The shampoo, the conditioner, and the leave in balm.

Have her shower everyday. I find it better to have wet hair when attempting to do something with all that kink and frizz. BUT shampoo hair only every other day or every two days. Anymore dries hair out and makes it become frizzier. CONDITION her hair everyday though, this keeps the tangles soft and manageable and hair hydrated.

When she gets out of the shower, use a hair pick or wet come to gently pick out the tangles. Put a small amount of the leave in balm on your hands, rub together, and rub on her hair. If she has curly hair, invest in a good mouse and scrunch afterwards.

However, I would consider your daughters age before doing this. (I'm in my mid teens) For a younger girl, I would go without the scrunching and perhaps do a pony tail, pigtails, or braids (WHILE WET!)

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

OK this is how you and your child should do showers.

1. wash hair with normal shampoo

2. put conditioner leave it on so it can moist in your hair

3. While the conditioner moist your hair wash you body

4. when you are done washing your body clean out the conditioner.

DO this for a while and wash your hair twice a week to not prevent dry scalp. Later when you get this right it would not be dry and frizzy!

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

its so nice that you style your daughters hair

lets see uhh there is a product by hask, called pure shine frizz remedy it works very well

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

they say not to use a lot of product on childrens hair, but i dont see a problem with using product, especially if the little one has curly/frizzy hair. a lot of time the product give a cleaner and not so frizzy look. just make sure you get the kind of product that does NOT go flaky and white on your head. that can call for a yucki look.

try washing her hair, and gently towel dry. then while it's still damp add the product..... lots of mouse works fine. 2 palm fulls will do. with a hair pick, brush the mouse into the wet hair evenly all over, work it in. now use the pick to brush her hair. the mouse will set and give her a really neat and clean slighlty crunchy spaghetti hair. it's beatufill and easy to do.

eventually you can teach her to do it herself. so basically after every shower and shampoo, just put in lots of mouse, give it a brush with the pick, and you're good to go.

tip: if you put your head up-side down after you've put the mouse into the wet hair, use your pick and even a blow dryer for a faster more volumes hair. real pretty. straight haired people would always envy my look ;)

Need help with my daughter's hair!?

my daughters hair was very long and thick, very unmanageable and tangled very easy.

i used a squirt bottle filled with a mixture of conditioner and warm water, spray the hair as you are combing/brushing it into a style (she loved french braids, but they are difficult to get a smooth look, unless she sits very still and you can manage to get it in tight)

pony tails and ponytail braids are the easist styles for hard to manage little girl hair, losts of barrettes and clips will help with the fly away strands

also, the warm water/conditioner mix that i explained above also will help to add moisture and some managability to the hair as it is used daily and is left in the hair (doesnt get rinsed out) until the next hair washing

this method, however doesn't seem to work on ethnic hair, but most other hair types it does just fine.

Hair trouble!!!!!!!???

OK soo if you have curly hair what kinds of styles should you do? Like if your going on a date or a trip to the mall?

Hair trouble!!!!!!!???

when you get out the shower put a little leave in conditoner and a little frizz serum or curl product in hands and work together and let air dry for casual - part to one side and pull into a loose low bun at the base on the neck and let it fall to the side you parted it at and maybe pull out a few curls around your face it looks really pretty and great with earrings ;)

Hair trouble!!!!!!!???

i have curly hair too but i like always straighten it and i also put gel in it righ after i take a shower it looks reallll good and if you dont like it down put it in a ponny tail looks good in that tooo but most of the time i straighten my hair

Hair trouble!!!!!!!???

maybe a messy twist in a claw/clip

or a french twist with curls on top, loose tendrels on side

maybe just pull up some of the top with clips and let the rest go loose

I have thick, really curly hair, and i have so much body. any tips on styles or anything?

My hair is the same way, and believe me, it's hard to manage. I wouldn't recommend layering it like some people have been saying it because it gives your hair added volume (it gets lighter and consequently frizzier -- not a good idea). However, I've found that getting my hair cut to about shoulder length, basically straight across, and then getting "reverse layers" (the hair underneath is cut just a little bit shorter than the outside hair) helps your hair to lay flatter. To manage some of the body (I would assume that you mean that your hair is frizzy), when my hair is wet, I apply a gel and a leave in conditioner, and let my hair dry naturally. (If you blow dry it, it gets frizzier -- this method keeps my hair curly but not frizzy, drastically reducing the volume). I've also found that straightening my hair works wonders (unless you like curly hair, lol). I use a CHI tourmaline / ceramic straightener -- I loooove it, it's the only straightener that works on my hair and believe me, I've tried a lot, lol -- and a heat protectant, and it will usually stay straight for a few days. Another good idea is to use a wide barelled curling iron on top of your natural curls because it will decrease the volume a little bit and make your hair look better put together (and most people don't even know the difference!!). A great shampoo and conditioner set to use is Sunsilk, in the green bottle, to tame frizz -- it's actually the only shampoo that I've found that works for my hair (frizz-ease and a lot of other products tend to discolor your hair / make it greasy). I hope that these ideas work for you -- they did for me!! Good luck and enjoy your more manageable hair!!!

I have thick, really curly hair, and i have so much body. any tips on styles or anything?

how about layering it so that there isn't a lot of volume towards the bottom half of your hair; I have curly hair too (except it's thin) and for me layering really helps. Or you could place it in a bun or pony tail and letting some of the curls fall?

I have thick, really curly hair, and i have so much body. any tips on styles or anything?

My hair is the same way... I would definitely recommend getting LONG layers put in to mimimize the triangular look and allow the hair to curl into ringlets instead of being too bushy.

The key, I have found is to not use shampoo too often- and to use the right products. I shampoo only about twice per week, but I do soak all of my hair and condition the ends every morning, which keeps it clean and smelling good. Good products are the key. It can get pricey, but I think it is worth it. I absolutely love the Bumble and Bumble line called "curl-conscious". I spray the tonic on my head while it is still really wet, then comb it through. Next I use the Bumble and Bumble curling creme. Next I emulsify some Coconut Oil Hair Shine from The Body Shop, flip my head over and scrunch the ends to allow the curls to get some definition. (All of the above steps MUST HAPPEN WHILE THE HAIR IS WET) Then.... and this is the most important part: DON'T TOUCH IT OR LET ANYONE BRUSH IT. LET IT AIR DRY or, I find that the heater in my car works great to get it dry before I get to the office. Headbands with teeth can work, but the teeth have to be at least an inch or so apart, so that it doesn't wreck the ringlets. As for formal occasions, a loose bun with tendrils is simple, classy and what all of the straight haired people wish that they had. Oh, the Frizz-Ease, Aussie, Sebastian and Garnier Fructise lines work pretty well, too. I am 30 years old, and have done a ton of research on this.

Straighteners are okay, but I find that they always leave a crimp at the top of my head, and people always ask me why I messed with my hair.

Good luck, the good news is that when your hair is good, it is really really good, and you don't have to be generic.

I have thick, really curly hair, and i have so much body. any tips on styles or anything?

Let's see, I have the same type of hair as you do and i have it cute short, it is a lyerd bob, and it looks glamorous. I put in sunsilk (the blue bottle) and it makes my hair shiny and garnier hard curl gel that makes my curls maneagable and not the slightest bit poofy or frizzy

I need hair styles!?

stick out your index and pinkey and put your pinkey on your collarbone, and place ur pinkey on ur chest, thats where u should cut it to (my hair is this short, just recently cut it) and get side bangs but straighten them, u'll look really nice!

I need hair styles!?

have you heard of locks of love lol no i can help you why not search for some at google you can look for images or check for some links helps me all the time

I need hair styles!?

Okay while it is damp, make little ringlets with your fingers so that the curls are tamer, I've seen all famous hairstylist Nick Arrojo suggest that he does it on TLC's what not to wear show. Also when blow dryingget one of those round brushes and position the blowdryer above the brush and blow staright down as opposed to having the blowdryer positioned straight across from the brush. I thnk that helps. Also try john frieda's hair frizz serum stuff and I use Sunsilk anti-flat which works a little, so I guess the de-frizz would help.

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

I have curly hair, it楹搒 a medium (not too big, not too small).

Hos do you make big curls, without using irons much, if possible?

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

ok girlie, what you need to do it wash and condition your hair very well (this helps with frizzies) after you do that put in some product... mousse would work well... then you want to take a section of hair (how big the curl decides how much hair you put on the curler) and comb it through well... then place it around a large roller(velcro rollers work well and they come in all sizes)when you are done doing your whole head you can either just wait until it dries if you don't want to use damaging heat, or you can blow dry it until it is completely dry... just make sure it is COMPLETELY dry before you take out the rollers!! You will have beautiful bouncy curls and they will last! Be sure and hairspray your curls after you take them all out of the rollers!!

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

you would have to first straighten it with a flat iron and then use a wide barrel curling iron (at least 1 1/2 inches) to curl your hair

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Try the thick curlers instead of thin ones at these create annoying looking curls.

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

use bigger and much more tougher curls

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Buy some wide rollers! Then make sure you heat your hair when they are set, and your hair will have big bouncy curls!

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

after washing your hair, blow dry it straight and use a wide barrel curling iron

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

baby girl,i'll curl your hair and your toes

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Get big rollers and sit under dryer.

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Try using a gentle flattening spray like avons, now dry gently with dryer, add a little mousse, then using large barrel rollers, roll little finger width lengths of your hair gradually down the whole legth of each individual barell and secure with hair pins, until all your hair is completed, gently dry on cool or very low setting with a diffuser attatched (this helps to not dry out your hair too much.

Allow to sit for at least an hour to let the mousse set.

I can help i am a trusted avon lady!!!!

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Use big rollers.

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Try usiing straightners to make bigger curls rap your hair once around the straightner and pull down soz not very good at describiing thiings :s but the moethod im trying to describe usually makes big curls (Y)

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

Try using a volumising shampoo, conditioner, and moose or put in big rollers =)

Hair styling: How do you make big curls?

OK well i have straight hair!!! majorly and when i want to curl my hair i just use a good make hair curler's that are like 230 degrees and curl my hair normally and spray he curls with hairspray super hold and then when I'm done with all of them i tip my head upside done and shake them up out and spray them with hair spray at the same time and then you have big bouncy curly hair!!! (don't shy on the spray) xx

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

...hi. i am in the process of growing out my hair. after showering- and when the hair has dried- it tends to be frizzy. in your opinion, what are the best products (shampoos/conditioners, styling, etc.) that i could use for my mane? i should also let you know- in case it matters- that my hair is of the fine/thin variety. thank you for taking the time and best wishes to you and yours!!!:)

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

My husband has wavy/curly hair and it is fine also. He has let his hair grow to past his shoulders. He uses TRESemme shampoo and conditioner (anti-breakage) and La bella super spikes styling gel from wal-mart. This holds his hair in place all day. He gells every day except weekends. He washes and conditiones at least 3 days a week. Hope this helps.

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

Curl Shaping Spray Gel. See the link below

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

Well considering your hair is thin, I would not grow it out. My brother-in-laws hair is the same way and it looks horrible. He won't cut it because everyone is telling him to. If it's important to you then try using gel. You may find that it makes you look bald.

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

try outshine from Redkin, it is a styling product and its also light, so it won't way your hair down or leave a grease build up. you don't need to use a lot of it at one time.

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

Personally I used Pantene and John Frieda products. I have used alot of other products and I found that those products for me work the best without trying out my hair.

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

the best hair products to use on curly or wavy hair is paul mitchell hair spray

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

Hi Ya

Too give your hair shine use trevor sorbie shampoo for fine hair and normal conditioner. To style your hair I find Vo5 wax or wax junkie by marc daniels. What ever the make use a light wax.

Hope this helps

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

hi friend, same problem with me, but my hair is already long, and I am using Loreal Products, you should try this, do one thing, when you take bath, dry your hair and apply some gel then comp it, after where a cap for some time, you hair will stay managed all day long, don't use any conditioner now, let your hair grow first.

What are the best products for wavy/curly hair (guy)???

I keep it short, it gets wavy as it gets longer. I like it long, but when I try, it is more of a bother than I think a man should have to deal with. It's easier when I wear it short.

Leave-in conditioner is the way to go after showering. I also use Sleek-and-Shine sometimes. It helps to put product in right after showering, put on a hat until you are done shaving and getting dressed and everything. Then you take it off, maybe use a little product like pomade or gel and you're done for the day.

Trendy hairstyle for curly hair?

My hair basically looks like my avatar. About 5" past my shoulders, long layers. I've had this style for like 8 years. I'd really like a change but everytime I look online, the styles are very similar to what I have now. My curls are loose though too, more wavy, but coarse. Any ideas or know of any good websites. Thanx!

Trendy hairstyle for curly hair?

I have the exact same hair that you described.

I can't really find any hairstyles that suit me unless I got to a hair salon and they do my hair for me.

Other hairstyles require to blow dry, curl or straighten hair which is to damage for your hair so I just scrunch my hair and let it air dry, when I go out or when its a special occasion THEN I switch it up.

You can do all kinds of hairstyles GIRL!

Get a curling iron or a straightening iron.....you can do spirl curls, you can flip your hair....you can get LOOSE curls.....you can put half your hair up and half your down......SO many!!

GOOD LUCK%26lt;3

Advice on hair styles!?

I have really straight hair and I am sooo bored of having it look exactly the same everyday! I try curling it but it's so straight that after an hour or so the curl drops out, no matter how much in the way of styling products I use! I'm thinking of getting a wave put through it by the hairdresser, just a soft one nothing crazy, so that I have the option of having it straight one day kind of curly the next- good idea or bad?! I don't know how bad it is for your hair to do this, and I don't know if it's possible to get just a soft wave instead of full on curls done? My hair is about 3 inches past my shoulder and has long layers at the moment, just in case you need extra details!

Advice on hair styles!?

If your hair if baby fine a perm will not help much with that length hair. It is too heavy. Even med. texture hair would be to heavy to have all but the last 6in.or so hold a curl. Maybe a more layered cut like a shag with a perm would give a curly look, But any chemical treatment will damage your hair !! if your hair is 12 in. long the ends are about 2yrs. old and will want to dry out and split.

I would go with trying different styles like braids!

Advice on hair styles!?

yes i have some tips on hair hope it helps

Advice on hair styles!?

Have you tried curling it with straighteners? Get some good slim ceramic straighteners like GHD's and pin your hair up and let a bit down at a time starting from the bottom. (this has to be done on dry hair by the way) and just hold the straighteners onto your hair like normal, starting from the top of the section, but instead of pulling the hair straghit through, twist the straighteners round as you pull the hair through.

It makes amazing curls and mine stay in for about 2 days after usung this method and a bit of hairspray.

You can vary the curls from tight curls to waves depending on how big the section of hair is you use.

Advice on hair styles!?

I have the same problems with my hair. No matter how many ways I try to curl it they dont last more than an hour or so. Try plaiting it when its wet and going to bed. Otherwise I tend to put my hair up in as many different ways that I can. I move my parting around(which is pretty effective), clip it up etc. Good luck and let me know if you get a wave put in by the hairdresser.

I love to use ant-frizz creams for a less greasy feel. Buuuuuuuuut if you don't have any at hand, try a small amount of vaseline or baby oil and apply it to the tips and the baby hair that lines your crown. This will help prevent fly-aways!

I used to have the exact same problem. Try a shaping gel. Using the Pantene Pro-V Hydrating Curls products really help. I use the 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner, followed by another conditioner. Basically, the more you put in your hair, the less frizz you'll have. i love Aussie. I use the moisturizing cause my hair is really dry and frizzy too. I just use shampoo, conditioner, then a little mousse and leave in conditioner and my hair feels great... but if youre looking to spend some money go kroger/kmart (only stores ive seen that sells it) and buy the pricey stuff in a bright orange bottle. Its called smooth something... i cant remember but i used to use it then it got to expensive for me to keep using.

I have curly hair and a lot of frizz. how do i reduce the frizz ?

Um..reduce the hair?

I have curly hair and a lot of frizz. how do i reduce the frizz ?

I have naturally curly hair too. It's such a pain! I've learned that after you get out of the shower if you work a little conditioner into your wet hair, and then let it dry, the conditioner as long as you use just a little, will weigh your hair down and prevent frizz. It will also help define your curls :) Remember, a little. Work it in like you would mousse or gel.

I have curly hair and a lot of frizz. how do i reduce the frizz ?

There is no straightforward solution if you're prone to dry and frizzy hair but it's important that you choose the right shampoo and conditioner to reduce frizz. Try a deeply moisturising shampoo and conditioner specifically made for dry hair. Avoid using hairdryers too often since it can make the hair dry and brittle. The same goes for hair straighteners that although soften and smoothen the hair for the moment, damage the outer layer of the hair and contribute to dryness if used regularly.Make it a habit to use serum after washing to combat the worst frizz. Rub into your fingertips and work through the underneath of the hair first. Smooth the remaining serum over the surface of the hair - doing it this way will prevent you using too much which otherwise makes hair look greasy. You need to go for a trim every six weeks, and eat healthy. You should blowdry your hair downwards. A frizz is such a common problem and there is no real quick-fix solution that will sort it out long-term.Unfortunately, if you are prone to frizz you'll be prone to frizz no matter what you do. The best way to curb the problem is to use good controlling products. If you often blow-dry your hair make sure you use a heat protection spray. This will reduce frizz whilst preparing and protecting hair from the high temperature.

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

I started straightening my hair a while ago, and i found after about 2 weeks of continuous straightening I started to get burnt split ends, so I stopped. But now Im thinking of getting my hair styled so I would have to straighten it EVERYDAY.. what would be the effects on my hair because of this? btw, I have curly hair.

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

i straighten my hair everyday too. i got lots of split ends too but just when i didnt take good care of my hair

u have to buy salon products in order to keep your hair healthy if you straighten ur hair everyday

and then u need a deep conditioning per weel

then, it would not make any damage to your hair.

i reccomend redken deep fuel for deep conditioning. It works wonders.

Just make sure you condition your hair after using it as this is a more potent protein products. It makes your hair dry after using it but it really strenghten your, so make sure u conditon ur hair afterwards and it works wonders.

and yeh

use a heat protector before straightening.

it can decrease the damages

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

More fried hair and breakage.

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

with a strightner you would burn you hair and make it damaged, but if you get a more expensive ceramic straightner you will never burn your hair (because of the ceramic).

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

your hair would fry(it would get really dry and you would get burnt split ends) so you should consider getting a japanese straitening. or dont get your hair styled so you would have to straiten your hair every day.

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

your hair will continue getting mroe split ends and it will we very fragile. you should probably invest in a ceramic straightener becasue it does a lot less damage. i suggest the chi. also before you straighten your hair put on a protective spray.......i use one from avon called salon straight and it really helpss!! =]

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

I'm a qualified hairdresser and i don't think you should use your flat iron. it is really bad for your hair. it makes it dryer and causes loads of frazzled end! I suggest you buy some intensive conditioner and leave it on your hair for half hour and keep doing it once every 2 weeks buy heat protection spray from the supermarket and use ceramic straighteners. your hair will have much less damage and should eventually become back to normal. if your burnt ends are really bad i suggest a nice hair cut to get rid of damaged hair. :^)

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

It is safe to straighten your hair every day, however it must be done correctly. First off your straightener itself has to be good quality. I would never put metal on my hair, make sure your iron has "ceramic" plates. Also, it must have a temperature guage. I know that it may feel like it works faster when its up at the highest temperature, however its more damaging than anything.

Also, your hair should be completly dry before ironing and sprayed with some kind of heat protecter. I use Matrix "Sleek looks iron spray".

The best thing to do is to set up an appointment at your local salon to get a trim and have her get rid of your burnt ends. Then ask her to flat iron your hair and ask her lots of questions how to do it correctly and what she reccomends!

The effects of using a flat iron (hair straightener) everyday..?

there are product out there

you can find them at drug stores wherever it is you go to

and they have products that you use while straightning your hair to decrease the damage to it

Super curly hair with layers at the bottom.. help?

any other way to have it look good?

and different styles I should try?

Super curly hair with layers at the bottom.. help?

Try putting mousse for curly hair in while still damp, then use a hairdryer with diffuser set to low and drying hair upside down piling it in the top of the diffuser. Hold each section of hair on top of the diffuser until mostly dry. Don't let it blow loosely. This will give you ringlets and a very cute look...the girls with straight hair will be jealous! Good Luck!

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

My hair will NOT stay straight! I have used practically everything out there. Sunsilk straighten up did not help, neither did herbal essences straight ahead. I have used a variety of styling products for blowdrying and hairsprays. Typically, I shower at night and straighten my hair in the morning. Then after about an hour it isn't really curly again but it gets a little wavy. Also I have a calic where my hair won't part right and my hair is wavy right at the root so it is impossible to straighten. My hair is getting damaged from all of my heat styling. It is breaking and tangled. I would like to try and wear it curly some of the time, but it is too frizzy and damaged. Any suggestions on how to straighten it without damaging, how to repair the damage, or how i can wear it curly better (I have tried curls rocks and pantene styling products for curly hair). ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! =]

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

I've got the same problem! It's all in the method! Use some Infusium leave in conditioner, and some frizz ease, or some other kind of molding puddy.. before you straighten it, it's always helped me!

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

bain de terre is a professional product that is fabulous for curly hair..i know they are changing over their bottle look so if you can find it in a salon you might beable to get it for cheaper..but their stuff smells sooo good and its awesome..otherwise go to your hairstylist, if you don't have one, find one! lol..and ask her what you need to be using and have her suggest a good flat iron as well..you just need to invest in something a little bit better..

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

I don't think its possible to have permanent straight hair unless you are born with it. Even all the celebrities don't. If you want straight hair you have to keep retouching it over and over again, and that could lead to major hair damage as you have described. If you don't want to bald by 20 then i would advise that you give your hair a break and stop trying to style it. If your really in hot water then try seeing a hair doctor.

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

First of all you need to use ceramic hair straightners which do cost more but work better in the long run.

Paddle straighners for curly and long hair work better as they don't damage your hair as much.

If you prefer to wear your hair straight most the time - get it chemically straightened - 1 harsh treatment and then you will rarely have to straighten your hair and you will only need to heat treat it when you want to go curly again.

To repair your hair i would suggest hot-oil once every couple of weeks

x

whip up egg whites rub on your hair, leave in for an entire week, your hair will give up and straighten.

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

Go to a professional Solon and they will help you with your problem. Maybe change the shampoo you are using right know I know panteen works really good! Good luck!

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

Its ok. Get your hair trimmed ASAP! and the get an anti- frizz serum like the John Freda. Use a heat protectent like the Tresamme heat defeander spray. Get a good straighting product (shop around and look for something to put in your hair before you dry it). Use teh MAtrix Sleek collection if you can afford it ( its avalible at salons). Use a flexable hold hairspray like the dove flexible hold aerosal spray. Get a good straightner (if you dont already have one)

To heal the damage use the dove damaged hair collection. Get the shampoo and conditioner. I would stick with dove

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

get a japanese perm

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

:) I have the same problem as you. hmm well first off, buy two things: tresseme heat protectant like $5, to reduce damage on hair and buy some sort of hair repair conditioner to also repair split ends and if worse comes to worse use a hairspray that doesnt make hair hard like some tresseme holds. or do what I do and sometimes embrace the fact that you have wavy hair and just scrunch it to make it curly some days. sometimes I even wear my hair wavy to school, and two years ago I would NEVER NEVER not in a million years done that but I was just like screw it my hair sucks and there's nothing I can do about it. and in colder weather your hair will stay straight longer so don't worry :) and plus your friends and teachers and family love you the way you are, straight hair or not

BY A FLAT IRON.DUH???

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

Use Herbal Essences anti-frizz (or Pantene) and then go to the hair stylist. I don't know what it's called, but one of my friends got her hair straigtened from the root. You could ask if it's done there.

How can i get my hair hair to stay straight!?

Well For Ur Hair Damage U Can Use Some Conditionar Not The Kind U Use 2 Take A Shower But The One That Protects It From Heat [[ U Can Find Some At Sallys ]] Then After U Run It Tru Ur Hair U Devide Ur Hair Intol Small Section. U Might Wanna Start From Bottom And Straighten It Until U Get How U Want It. If Your Hair Is Really Hard 2 Straighen Then Put Ur Straighten The Hottest It Can Get. Or Maybe Sometimes The Problem Is The Straighner.. Hope It Helps =)

What kind of hair styles can i do?

cause i have REALLY curly hair, so its hard to do different styles with it.

What kind of hair styles can i do?

Curly hair is the best if it's long enough to do something!

First, leave it down, use a mousse to make it look great.

Second, you can leave half of it down and just put up half of it with a barette.

Third, you can make a pretty pony tail, it shows your face but we still see your curly hair in the back.

You can braid it or put it in piggy tails.

Personnally, I do two big French braids on top of my head and then I finish in a pony tail, it looks great and you can go to the beach or even take a nap and it doesn't move from an inch!

What kind of hair styles can i do?

layer it, don't style it, be free

What kind of hair styles can i do?

put in it the color pink or white girl

What kind of hair styles can i do?

I've always thought that girls who have a couple strands of their hair as long bangs looks really cute...on curly hair at least. Do that, and then wear your hair in a ponytail with your bangs hanging out.

What kind of hair styles can i do?

try straightening it with a straightener, no matter how curly, i have found that it works. You can tying it up in different styles, you know, with bangs in the front a little in the back......you shold try braiding it, all you need are some hairtyes, and some creativity!

What kind of hair styles can i do?

Let's see.... You could do:

-1\2 pony tail

-full pony tail

-let down and pin it back

-let it down and put a headband in

What kind of hair styles can i do?

Do it either down or maybe put it up with some curls hanging out, but just make sure your curls aren't frizzy. Use mousse or gel or hairspray. If you google hairstyles I'm sure you'll find some good hairstyles.

I am going to yake pics with my friends how should i do my hair?

or if you get a fan going leave it down and straighten it flat.

I am going to yake pics with my friends how should i do my hair?

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

straight as in straight down

curly as in perfect culrs

which do you think is more in style??

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

straight with a lil body

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

For day to day stuff like shopping and school straight.

For homecoming, dances, partys, formal events or banquets/ fancy dinners. cocktail dress parties. Curls are classier.

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

Personally, I think it depends on the person. I have curls and I like them because they have body and aren't just flat and boring (not saying straight hair is flat and boring!!!)

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

Curly, with straight bangs.

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

straight because curls tend to b a little too messy at times

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

they are both nice but I like curly hair its not as boring. I guess it all depends on the fashion of clothes you are wearing.

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

curly its more fun and free!!!!! : )

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

Depends on the person. There are really cute girls with curly hair and really cute ones that have straight hair. I had a girlfriend once that had naturally curly hair and bought straighteners and products to remove the curl while others buy curlers... It really depends on the girl which would look better on them specifically.

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

curly. i have curly hair and it bothers me that everyone straightens their hair.

What's do you think is better straight or curly hair?

i absoluely love straight hair!!

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

thank you

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

Definitely cut it after it's soaking wet and brushed out wet in the shower. Cut straight across, it naturally separates when it dry into nice spirals. don't EVER let them cut your hair dry!!! I had to many horrible hair cuts cause stylists think they can treat curly hair the same way they do straight hair.

Don't even get me started on when they try to wash your hair pile it all on top of your head and scrunch it around cause nasty knots. NEVER pile hair up on your head while washing it. Brush it out in the shower working on the ends first and than brushing through.

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

Shave it all off.

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

Your best bet is to wash your hair and ten cut it while it's wet. Then you can pull it straight. Have someone else cut it if you can't see if it's even or not.

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

scissors get the job done=]

lol.jk

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

layer it

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

I would never cut my own, maily because I know I could never cut straight! I would shampoo and condition your hair. Towel dry your hair so it is still damp. Then comb it out and cut it. You should keep in mind that it will be longer than normal when wet and straight, so be sure not to cut too much off! Good luck!

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!ask a friend, unless you are anal about it. if your not ,you still have to deal with the consequences. or wait one day and have a pro do it!!!!!

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

I wouldnt recommend cutting your own hair, specially if its long and curly ( have curly hair), but I do advise you to keep it on the longer side (under the shoulders WHEN dry) Good luck!

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

Clippers! set them on #1 and cut away.

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

go get run over by a truck dat way youll never have it curly it again or better still shave it all off and buy a wig at www.wigsforfools.com they have some really cheap and good wigs there trust me it ill work : )

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

the best way to wear long curly hair is to have it in layers. comb all your hair straight up and cut about 3 inch's off and when you let it down you will have layered hair in unison. i have been a barber for 17 yrs and this works real nicely

I have long spiral curly hair, whats the best way to cut my own hair?hair style step by step.?

first, straighten it, thenpull up two sides, and put it back with a clip.

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this curly of hair?

I have curly hair like this. (note-this is NOT a pic of me)

http://www.curly-hair-styles-magazine.co...

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this? It needs to work very good and VERY quick and I need my hair to be REALLY REALLY REALLY staright. If not what is the BEST flat iron to buy that will work VERY good and VERY quick and wont damage my hair?

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this curly of hair?

yes it will work for the best one go to the salon and buy one

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this curly of hair?

well it depends.... it will get your hair straight but damaging it depends on how often you use it and with all straighters you will get spilt ends

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this curly of hair?

I have very coarse curly hair and I have found that this straightening iron worked the best for me. It's called a Maxi-Glide. You can find it on Ebay. I got mine for about 70.00 but it has been worth EVERY PENNY. It has brushes on the heat plate that help straighten really curly hair and the steam on it seals your hair. I would suggest you try it!

Will a Sedu flat iron work on this curly of hair?

yea it will probably work i suggest you get a really skinny one without any of those comb things in the side.

What is considered the "in" hair style now for women? Long or short? Straight or Curly? Ba

You just described it perfectly. On runways, in magazines, hair is every length, style, color. The big trend in hair is to get the perfect look for you.

But mostly, we see longer hair, and straight or curly, short looks are very razored if straight or very round if curly, some have fringey bangs and some don't, waves are popular with longer hair layers are big on all lengths and textures, and volume is in.

Hope I helped.

What is considered the "in" hair style now for women? Long or short? Straight or Curly? Bangs?

Short, straight and with side swept bangs seems to be the style.

What is considered the "in" hair style now for women? Long or short? Straight or Curly? Bangs?

Straight with bangs seems to be very popular in Hollywood

What is considered the "in" hair style now for women? Long or short? Straight or Curly? Bangs?

Shoulder Length layered straight hair, %26amp; side swept bangs. Take Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon. All a) have bangs b) have layers c) straighten their hair.

Hi, I have really long straight hair and i want to have a rock chick, messy curly hair look.?

I was told that if i plait my hair it would look good but im having problems plaiting it at the top to when its done the top is straight and the rest curly. i dont want tight curls just nice loose shabby chic style.

Hi, I have really long straight hair and i want to have a rock chick, messy curly hair look.?

Try french-braiding the top. You could also put curlers in and then brush them a lot right afterwards. Or, as a third alternative, you could "scrunch" your hair with your fingers as it's drying.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

No matter what I use on my hair it still looks messy and frizzy, even when I straighten it. Are there any tecniqes for styling my curly hair or are there any products I can use?

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

Hi. Straightening hair in hot weather is like keeping clothes from being wrinkled. That just wont work. So thats not a viable option. I used to do that, but I let my hair stay curly. The products on the market dont do much for moisture. Frizzy hair is a sign of dryness, which is lacking moisture. They have lots of harsh chemicals that just dont do anything for hair. You should go for more natural products that have less chems/no chems/100% natural. Here are some websites for curly hair you can take a look at:

www.curls.biz - I currently use this.

www.honeyfig.com

www.janecartersolution.com

www.curlicious.com

www.johnmasters.com

www.aubreyorganics.com

www.longlovelylocks.com

www.jessicurl.com

www.blendedbeauty.com

www.kinky-curly.com

Take a look at them. Also look at their faqs and tips. You will get great info too. Only shampoo your hair 1x/week on your scalp, not all over hair or it will dry it out! If hair is dirty, use conditioner instead to wash it out. This will moisturize hair and clean it at the same time. To tame down frizzies while washing, put hair into some big loose braids, apply shampoo to scalp, gently rub, wash out, then loosen each braid. Apply conditioner to braid, smooth out tangles and fingercomb, then braid back. Do to all other braids and then wash out. DONT MANIPULATE YOUR HAIR ALL OVER, YOU WILL TANGLE IT AND CAUSE FRIZZIES! Just run the water through your hair and squeeze braids until shampoo/conditioner washes out. Tip: If you want, you could leave a little conditioner in your hair to keep that soft feeling. This video is on www.growafrohairlong.com. Its called the shampoo method, there is a video, its good for anyone. This tames my hair before I style it.

DONT USE A TOWEL TO DRY YOUR HAIR OR FRIZZIES WILL COME! Squeeze out some water, but not all of it. Apply a moisturizing custard cream to your hair ( I use the whipped cream from curls.biz) and spritz some leave-in conditioner to your hair. Depending on your hairstyle, you can leave it out, braid it back and then loosen it later, or whatever you want. Dont blowdry your hair. Air dry. Its safer and will set your hair better. You should also get something for when your hair is dry that will moisturize your hair and give it shine, since you could only use the custard cream when hair is dripping wet. You dont want to wet your hair all the time, do you?

I hope this helps you. Maybe a good deep conditioning treatment 2x/month will do your hair good. Oh and since your hair is curly, you shouldnt comb or brush it often. That will also cause static to frizz your hair up. Use a wide tooth comb if you do. I fingercomb only, no combs. God bless.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

PRODUCT! use an antifrizz or a shine serum like crazy.. I like fekkai personally for curls but it is your decision. Use some product and let the curls hang naturally,

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

my girlfriend ahas curly hair she uses a shampoo and condiner made for curly hair she got it at cost cutters. also she washes her hair often witch is not good for the skin however it does mosturize it more to stop the frizz

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

humidity and striaghtening will not work. I use leave in spray conditioner scrunch and go. I often have to pull back and clip it.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

Just let it be curly. And acctually use a curling shampoo followed with a smoothing conditioner. DO NOT blow dry or brush. use a smoothing serum and then a shine spray. The more you touch and put into your hair, the frizzier it will be and that doubles for curly hair. I would suggest everything Mattrix. Curl life shampoo ($13.95) Sleek Conditioner ($12.95) Smoothing Serum (15.95) and a protective shine spray (13.95) Good Luck.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

Layers help your hair look better, in such a way that even when it's a bit out of place it doesn't show quite as much

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

i use mousse (any brand) and matrix switch trix gel. its expensive, about 17 dollars, but soooo worth it. it keeps my curly hair from frizzing.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

My friends use gel. I don't have curly hair, but it's really prone to frizzing all over, and I use BIOLAGE Smoothing Serum.

You could also use olive oil which is what my sister uses, and it's really good for your hair. The only thing is you really have to know how much to use because if you use to much it's gonna be really greasy and smelly.

What are the best tips for styling curly hair in humid weather?

Don't straighten it but if it's humid it's hot. If you have ling hair then i suggest a braid or if it's short then little pigtails on each side because then it's okay to be frizzy!
