Short curly wavy emo hair?

I have short, curly, and wavy hair. It is about 3 inches all around and i want to know how to style it to make it into an emo style without straightening it. Can someone tell me how?

Or you could use a hairdryer with an attached brush some silk gel and brush all of your hair forward and then to the side until the curls are tamed and your hair is dry The straightening only lasts until you wash it. Not a permanent straightening.

Just part ot to the side. maybe throug a coule colors in it and wear cute little girl hair clips.

i agree with letting it grow out over one of your eyes (if you're looking for an "emo" style), but there are some other alternatives that you can use to reach the same effect. very nice looking fauxhawks can be achieved with curly or wavy hair and that's a really stylish option. and there's a lot of products you can use to tame your curls such as styling wax and pomades, which usually look best when applied to wet hair.
