Roll your hair in small rollers while it is wet. Spray really good with a lot of very strong hold hairspray. Let the curls dry COMPLETELY before you take them down. Carefully unroll them and spray them again after you unroll and before you style. Then style with your hands and not a brush or comb. This way the curls will stay in and not get frizzy or fall out.
