Hair styles for straight long hair?

I need some hair styles for straight (well, curly but I straighten it) long hair (just under shoulders) which IS NOT layerd.

The hairstyles have to involve having my hair down and not up in a pony tail or bun.

I ALWAYS wear my hair down with a black hair band to school and it's getting boring!!

Im 13 years old (year 8).

I just want different hairstlyes I can wear to school such as clipping the front bit of your hair back with a clip etc..

Well you could try doing lots of stuff with your hair! Just stand in front of the mirror get some accessories and experiments!It really depends what style you are going for!One idea is you can put small plates in your hair. Or if your really stuck ask a hairdresser.

take a barrel curling iron (the big one) and curl your hair. it will look so hot! trust me ;)

Take the front pieces and put them back with a barrette.

You could also crimp your hair or flip it up!

try schruncing it, you can use Aussie schruncing spray/gel. It looks good. Or braid it- that looks really cute. i am a 9th grader now and those are both really popular styles. =D

um... how about thin headbands? just behind the front section of hair. make sure its laying on top of hair and not pushing any back?

or how about a quiff???

or if u have a side parting, take the side with the most hair and clip it off your face (like rachel from friends did?)

or use some pretty clips?

try parting it differently like to the side, or zig zag. u can even do this with a side ponytail. maybe dont straighten ur hair one day and then put it up or in pigtails or something just to give it some spice. and cute little barettes and clips always help too.

Getting some nide new headbands

Have a side parting, and lightly twist the longer side away and fix with a clip
