Long curly hair?

For girls who have long curly hair:

What shampoo/conditioner do you use?

How do you style it?

Do you use gel, mousse, hairspray, etc.? If so, what kind of product do you use?

I have long curly hair but it is a loose curl. I use Herbal Essence shampoo for curly hair and I like it, but this humidity during the summer months makes my hair kind of frizzy and puffy, even after using a lot of gel. Any suggestions or tips on how you keep your hair healthy-looking?

I have the same hair type. I use granier fructis for dry frizzy hair. I also use a deep conditioner made by dumb blonde (not just for blondes) once a week. I use gel only, no mousse, no spray gel, just regular gel. Mousse seems to have to much alcohol in it and it really dries out my hair. Blow dry hair with a diffuser. Finish with a sculptor/wax (bed head is good) to put any stray hairs in place.

idk but my best friend has long curly hair and she used Pantene but she use the kind for curly hair. and i dont what kind of gel or moose she uses tho sorry.

i use garnier-fructise conditioner and the leave in conditioner...i have very long thick black hair and it helps me with the frizziness.

I use SunSilk de frizz, in the green bottles, the shampoo, conditioner, and the 24/7 leave in, works wonderful, leave hair, shining, silky and best of all, not frizzy. Someitmes I use a mouse by Herbal Essence for curly hair, but usually just the Sunsilk. I have long loose curls, about mid back.

If it's real hot, I wear a high pony and let the curls fall, otherwise, it's usually down.

Theres a wild variety to choose from like vo5 or pantene or hebal essence or somethin from bath and body works. There shampoo and conditioners works REALLY well. And also sunsilk products work very well.

i have very curly hair, and i feel your pain, specially during the summer, curls can be a pain. i use john friedas frizz-ease. i use the shampoo conditioner and serum. the eniter frizz-ease line is made for hair lik ours. it works great for me. hope this helps tame those curls. good luck!

i use suave just for the heck of it.. it doesn't do any thing but i use Aussie hair gel, but there is also spray, moose, and shampoo also! it smells good too.. it is in a purple bottle. and it has a kangaroo on it.

try putting mouse or gel in ur wet hair and then tying it up in a bun overnight, thn the next morning ur hair shld b curly and stay tht way for the rest of the day without frizzing.

I have the same kind of hair that you have...I use garnier fructis curl spray but i use my hands instead of the spray. After I apply the spray gel I shake my hair out then use hairspray of the same brand. This works for me!
