Will a texturizer make my straighter hair curly and my curly hair even curlier?

Hi there everyone in hair land! I've been natural since April 2004 and my hair is just below my collarbone. When my hair is wet, the back half of it curls very well, but the front half seems straighter and a little resistant to curl. I work out a lot so I want a professional looking style that I can sweat in that won't require much work. I'm tired of the braids and weaves and don't really like knots and twists on me. I was thinking about getting a texturizer, but do you think this treatment will make my two hair types match, creating a cute curly 'fro?

You may require two different treatments.

A texturizer to reduce your not so tight curls and a relaxer for the tighter curl.

As your stylist and get it done professionally , so you do not damage your hair.

A texturer is meant to straighten the thickest and coarsest of hair types. And in your case- it should hold the curls of your hair.
